    The announcement

A long-standing Salesforce partnership enters its Agentforce chapter

KVP is pleased to announce a new Agentforce engagement with an established Bengaluru-based real estate developer that we have supported on Salesforce over the last few years. The customer has adopted Agentforce and selected the Flex Credits model. The first focus is practical assistance for sales and service teams, better preparation before site visits and more relevant recommendations during the visit.

Customer background: a large, established property developer

The customer has decades of experience in Bengaluru real estate, a sizeable land bank and a multi-project residential and commercial development portfolio. Hundreds of professionals support a business serving thousands of home-buying families. That scale makes consistent customer context, current inventory and coordinated sales follow-through especially important.

    Bengaluru, India

An established developer with a long operating history

    Multi-project scale

Residential and commercial assets with substantial land holdings

    An existing Salesforce foundation

Several years of KVP support before this AI adoption step

Public background is deliberately generalised; exact land holdings, project names and identifying links are omitted.

Why Agentforce fits this customer's next step

The requirements point to a clear need: turn existing CRM context into useful, timely assistance inside the workflow teams already use. Agentforce is a fit because the assistant can connect permitted Salesforce records and configured actions to a business task, rather than act as a separate chatbot with an incomplete view of the customer.

    • Context over generic answers: bring customer history, preferences and opportunity information into the conversation.
    • Workflow continuity: prepare a visit brief and surface a shortlist inside the opportunity, where the executive acts.
    • Control over autonomy: allow manager editing, explain recommendations and retain the human decision.
    • A bounded route to scale: prove two connected use cases first and monitor consumption before expanding.

These are KVP's interpretation of the supplied requirements, not a verbatim customer statement or a published vendor-selection scorecard.

Initial requirements grouped around the customer journey

The supplied scope contains two use-case groups: the sales/service copilot and the inventory recommendation engine. We organise the copilot into context and visit-preparation phases, then add recommendations. Sequencing is proposed; discovery will confirm dependencies and acceptance criteria.

Phase 1 · Across the funnel: a sales and service copilot

    Retrieve → consolidate → explain → assist

    • Let authorised sales and service teams ask natural-language questions about customers, leads, opportunities and cases.
    • Highlight lead source, prior interactions, preferences, budget signals, units considered and concerns.
    • Consolidate Salesforce records, cases and activities with relevant Ozonetel call interactions. Use transcript-derived signals only where transcripts are available and appropriately authorised.
    • Recommend suitable talking points and areas to focus on; draft personalised emails and replies grounded in CRM context.

    Stakeholder benefit

Sales executives spend less time assembling context; service teams see a clearer customer history; managers can coach around evidence rather than fragmented notes.

Phase 2 · Before the site visit: an editable customer brief

Confirm visit → generate brief → manager review → deliver

    • Prepare a customer brief before each confirmed site visit, covering history, preferences, concerns, relevant projects and suggested talking points.
    • Allow managers to amend the AI-generated brief and save the final version.
    • Deliver the approved brief to the sales executive through email or WhatsApp before the scheduled visit, subject to configured channel readiness and permissions.
    • Handle changed or cancelled visits, missing context and delivery failures through defined workflows.

    Stakeholder benefit

Sales executives arrive better prepared; managers retain editorial control; prospective buyers receive a more relevant conversation without repeating their history.

Phase 3 · At the site visit: inventory recommendations

Understand preferences → check live units → rank → explain → surface

    • Use budget, segment, family profile and relevant call-transcript signals to understand customer preferences.
    • Evaluate currently available inventory in Salesforce; do not recommend unavailable units as available.
    • Recommend the best 2–3 units based on customer fit and purchase-likelihood signals, while considering unit specifications, inventory velocity, slow-moving stock and margin contribution.
    • Explain why each unit is suggested and surface recommendations within the Salesforce opportunity for immediate use by the executive.

    Stakeholder benefit

Buyers get a clearer shortlist; sales executives have explainable options; inventory and business leaders can balance customer suitability with commercial priorities, without allowing margin to override hard customer constraints.

KVP involvement: from the existing org to a testable AI programme

Several years of Salesforce support give KVP a starting point for understanding the customer's operating context. Our role in this next chapter is to translate sales and service requirements into bounded agent capabilities, validate the underlying data and integrations, define evaluation criteria and help users adopt the resulting workflow.

The proposed evaluation compares the current manual process with an Agentforce-assisted journey on representative, authorised data. A POC should test whether summaries are grounded, briefs are editable and timely, and recommended units are genuinely available. It must also test failure cases, access restrictions and credit consumption — not just a polished happy-path demo.

This announcement does not assert that a POC has already passed, provide test scores or claim a production rollout date. KVP's recommended strategy is assist → validate → pilot → scale: build trust with employee-facing assistance first, then widen the scope when quality, economics and adoption justify it.

The advantage for existing Salesforce users

An existing Salesforce org can provide the customer, lead, opportunity and case foundation, established user workflows, configured automation and a familiar place to act on recommendations. This can reduce the need to rebuild context in a disconnected tool and makes adoption easier to anchor in daily work.

It is not a zero-effort switch. KVP recommends checking object and field quality, access permissions, action suitability, licences and integration readiness. Ozonetel context and WhatsApp delivery require their own supported access and configuration. Inventory freshness and account isolation must be tested end to end.

Extend what works; do not bypass governance

Existing workflows are an advantage only when the agent respects them. Keep approval gates, permitted data sources, auditability and human escalation. Data Cloud/Data 360 may be evaluated if unification or retrieval requires it; its inclusion and licensing are not confirmed for this engagement.

Flex Credits: align the rollout with useful work and measured demand

The customer has chosen Flex Credits, Salesforce's consumption-based model for eligible Agentforce work. Metering is based on applicable actions and usage rules, rather than treating every interaction as an identical unit. A brief or recommendation journey can invoke several metered actions; one conversation does not necessarily equal one charge.

    Start with a focused scope

Estimate usage for the initial employee-facing workflows before planning a wider rollout. The model supports a measured adoption discussion, but any minimum purchase or commitment depends on the order form.

    Make consumption visible

Use Salesforce Digital Wallet and applicable usage reporting to track consumption. Review credit use with accepted briefs, useful recommendations, quality and time saved — not volume alone.

Improve the workflow as demand grows

Remove unnecessary action calls, constrain retrieval and tune the process using evaluation evidence. Expansion should be backed by both stakeholder value and a realistic consumption forecast.

Illustrative planning formula: expected monthly volume × average metered actions per output × applicable credits per action. Validate rates, included entitlements, prompts and other metered services against the customer's contract. Flex Credits are not unlimited AI and do not guarantee lower cost. Salesforce licences, data services, integrations and channel charges may be additional; no customer rate, package or saving is disclosed.

A practical Agentforce adoption guide for real estate companies

    1. 1

Agree the decision and business owner

Choose one repeatable workflow, name the sales/service sponsor and define what the agent may and may not do. Start with assistance, not unrestricted automation.

    2. 2

      Check data and integration readiness

Audit lead, opportunity, case, activity and inventory fields; resolve stale availability and duplicates. Confirm Ozonetel data access, consent, retention and email/WhatsApp integration requirements.

    3. 3

      Design bounded actions and governance

Set record-level access, permitted topics, retrieval sources, manager editing, human approval and escalation. Define how missing information and prompt-injection attempts are handled.

    4. 4

      Evaluate a proof of concept

Use authorised representative scenarios: incomplete records, changed visits, conflicting budgets, unavailable inventory and ambiguous transcripts. Compare generated briefs and shortlists with a human-reviewed reference set.

    5. 5

Validate value and Flex Credit consumption

Agree acceptance criteria for factual grounding, relevance, latency, permission isolation and consumption per successful output. Compare the agent with the existing manual workflow before approving rollout.

    6. 6

      Pilot, enable and expand

Pilot with a small trained team, collect manager corrections and user feedback, monitor usage and operational failures, and expand only after business and security sign-off.

Business impact: what to measure before claiming success

For real estate companies, the opportunity is better-prepared teams, more relevant buyer conversations and a clearer link between customer fit and available inventory. These are intended benefits. Baselines and numerical targets must be agreed; no uplift or accuracy percentage is claimed.

    Brief preparation time

Time to produce an approved site-visit brief; compare with the manual baseline.

    Brief quality and manager edits

Grounded facts, missing details, correction volume and approval rate.

    Recommendation usefulness

Executive acceptance, buyer relevance and unavailable-unit recommendation rate.

    Visit readiness and adoption

Approved briefs delivered on time, active users and repeat usage.

    Commercial follow-through

Site-visit-to-next-step and booking conversion trends; evaluate other contributing factors.

    Consumption efficiency

Flex Credits per accepted brief or useful shortlist, alongside quality and latency.

    Our team's perspective

The people guiding the adoption journey

“A long-standing Salesforce relationship gives us an opportunity to connect AI adoption to the customer's real priorities. Our focus is on a manageable first scope that helps sales teams prepare better and gives business leaders a clear basis for deciding what to scale next.”

    Agentforce adoption questions

What is the initial Agentforce scope for this real estate engagement?

The initial requirements cover a sales/service CRM assistant, customer history and insight summaries, editable communications and pre-site-visit briefs, followed by an inventory recommendation engine that ranks 2–3 available units inside the Salesforce opportunity. These are planned capabilities, not reported production results.

Why is Agentforce relevant to existing Salesforce real estate customers?

It can reuse existing customer, lead, opportunity and case context, together with configured actions and access controls, instead of introducing a disconnected assistant. Data readiness, suitable licences, integration work and security validation are still required.

How do Flex Credits support a phased Agentforce rollout?

Flex Credits provide consumption-based metering for eligible Agentforce work. Teams can monitor usage, estimate cost per accepted business output and adjust the scope as demand grows. Entitlements, action rates, commitments and other charges depend on the contract; savings are not guaranteed.

Has this engagement already demonstrated improved sales conversion?

No measured conversion uplift, production accuracy, credit savings or completed POC results are announced here. KVP confirms the adoption decision and initial requirements; baselines and acceptance criteria must be agreed and evaluated during delivery.

What should a real estate company do before adopting Agentforce?

Choose a bounded workflow, appoint a business owner, check CRM and inventory data, define permitted actions and human review, confirm licences and metering, run representative POC tests, and pilot with a small trained user group before expanding.
