KVP's recap from the Key note, breakout sessions, campground, meeting customers and users.
How is the Agentforce-led 'Agentic Enterprise' changing what Salesforce customers actually want to buy, and which use cases are production-ready today?
KVP Business Solutions ran the campground booth at the Salesforce Agentforce World Tour Mumbai 2026, met 150+ visitors to our booth over the day, and presented five production-grade Agentforce accelerators — SalesPitch Agent, RFP/RFQ Intake, NextBest Action, Cross-Sell Recommendation and AgentAssist Account 360. Keynote themes — Agentforce 360, Headless 360, Data Cloud Zero-Copy, MuleSoft AI and the Slack-led conversational interface — were validated live at the booth with strong customer pull for scoped 25–30 hour pilots.
The Salesforce Agentforce World Tour rolled into the Jio World Convention Centre in Mumbai and turned every conversation we'd been having for the last twelve months into a public consensus: AI assistants and copilots are no longer the headline. Autonomous, multi-agent, governed digital labour is.
From the keynote stage to the campground floor, the entire ecosystem moved in one direction — agents that execute, data that's governed in place, and a conversational interface that finally replaces the click-tab-dashboard motion that has defined CRM for 25 years.
KVP was at the campground with five production-grade Agentforce accelerators, a spin-to-win that gave every visitor a real ₹50,000 engagement, and a team that came back exhausted, hoarse and properly excited about what 2026 looks like.

Main stage — Mahindra's launch-day story on Salesforce, with >30,000 bookings in real-time.

Two demo laptops, one big screen running the Spin & Win, and a wall of proof — Titan, Aequs, Hangyo, Century, RateGain, Tessolve and more — that AI on Salesforce is already a production reality at KVP, not a roadmap slide.
The line never really emptied. Every visitor walked away with a scoped 25–30 hour AI engagement, a printed walkthrough, and — for the lucky ones — a clear path to take it back to their team on Monday.
Every one of these is live, signed off by a customer, and scoped to ship inside a 25–30 hour pilot. No slideware, no roadmap promises — production code we demoed end-to-end on the booth.
An Agentforce assistant inside every Lead — tailored pitch, talking points and objection rebuttals on demand.
Drop a PDF, Einstein creates the Opportunity, RFQ and every line item in under a minute at ~98% confidence.
Mines signed-contract history to surface the most similar past wins, champions, pricing playbook and upsell roadmap.

Always-on assistant on every Account — Commercial, Delivery, VoC and Interactions, delivered to WhatsApp in 30 seconds.
The questions changed this year. Nobody asked "what is Agentforce" — they asked "how do we govern it", "what data does it need", "how fast can we pilot it", and — most often — "can you do this on my org next month".
The strongest pull came from sales leaders who saw SalesPitch Agent and AgentAssist live. The Cross-Sell Agent quietly stole the show with pre-sales and account-management teams. RFP Intake was a magnet for anyone whose pre-sales day starts with a PDF.

The headline of the day was the decisive shift from "AI in CRM" to the Agentic Enterprise. Here are the five themes we left Mumbai with — and how they map to work we're already doing.
"Agentforce World Tour Mumbai was, for us, a moment of revalidation. The keynotes, the customer conversations and the energy on the floor confirmed that the vision we've been building toward — an agentic, data-grounded, Slack-native enterprise on Salesforce — is exactly where the market is heading."
"It revalidated our propositions — the five Agentforce accelerators, our Headless 360 and MuleSoft AI bets, and our industry-cloud blueprints. Customers didn't just nod; they asked us to scope pilots on the spot. That is the clearest signal a partner can ask for."
"Most importantly, AWT gave us a perfect platform for Ohana — to reconnect with the wider Salesforce family, celebrate with customers and partners, and remind our own team why we do this. We came back proud, recharged and clearer than ever on where KVP is taking its customers in 2026."

Hosted by Salesforce the day before AWT Mumbai, the Partner Summit gave us the chance to engage with — and learn from — fellow partners: their wins, their playbooks, and how they see the agentic enterprise of the future taking shape across industries.
We came back with sharper conviction on three of our own bets — Headless 360 implementations, Zero-Copy data foundations on Data Cloud, and a deliberate MuleSoft AI practice that exposes every legacy system as an agent-callable, governed API.
"One day, 150+ visitors to our booth, and not one of them was 'tell me what Salesforce is'. Every visitor arrived knowing they needed agents — they wanted to see who could actually ship them. That's the bar now, and our five accelerators answered it."
"The keynote on Headless 360 and Agentforce Operations validated exactly the direction we'd built the booth around. Walking customers through SalesPitch Agent and AgentAssist live — inside their own mental model of their pipeline — was the most rewarding part of the day."
"What surprised me was how quickly the conversation moved from 'show me the demo' to 'how do we govern this, how do we feed it the right data, how do we scope a 25–30 hour pilot'. Tiring, yes — but it's the kind of tired you want."

The KVP team on the floor — tired, hoarse, and properly excited about 2026.

Between back-to-back demos, the team grabbed a frame with Astro — because some traditions are non-negotiable. It was also a useful reminder that Agentforce, for all the keynote weight, still has to feel friendly enough that a sales rep wants to ask it a question on a Monday morning.
KVP Business Solutions returned as a Navigator Sponsor at Agentforce World Tour Mumbai 2026, alongside Deloitte, Accenture, Infosys, IBM, Wipro, NTT Data and the broader Salesforce ecosystem.
Standing on a floor that size and watching customers walk specifically to our campground for Agentforce demos — that's the validation we came for.
